Kunai is a Modenst, a scientist in modern times. Living alone, he conducts experiments late at night, that is why the people of the town give him the name "Moon-Light Creator". He lures people into his home/laboratory, offering a gift of "immortality" and "super-human abilities". He sends his experiments, possibly dangerous and possibly ill or contagious from unknown side-effects, into the town's streets. The modern day vampires roam the streets of the town, lurking for blood....
The town has formed a team of hunters to clear out the experiments from their streets. Everyone in the country knows of their power, vampires and humans alike. Going by the name "Blood-hunters", they keep their eyes and ears open for the vampires, night and day. They give no second chances to the experiments, no matter how docile they seem. It's only a matter of time until another vampire is found and killed....
